We stand behind the Avaron Contour with a 45-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 45 days of receiving your order for a full refund — no questions asked.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us through our Contacts page. Once your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch via our Contacts page if you have any questions about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
