SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Avaron. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process and deliver your order. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods such as sales, product launches, and holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated delivery times after your order has shipped:

- Domestic orders: 5–10 business days
- International orders: 10–20 business days

Please note that these are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, the shipping carrier, and factors outside our control such as customs processing, weather events, and carrier delays.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on all orders as part of our current promotion.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the confirmation email.

If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us via our contact page.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, CUSTOMS & DUTIES
We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Avaron is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in the destination country.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Avaron is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us via our contact page as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Avaron is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

1. Checking with neighbors, building management, or anyone else at your address
2. Contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim
3. Reaching out to your local post office

DAMAGED PACKAGES
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery via our contact page with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work with you to make it right.

UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED PACKAGES
If a package is refused at delivery or returned to us as undeliverable for any reason, we reserve the right to deduct return shipping costs from any refund issued.

SHIPPING DELAYS
While we work hard to deliver your order as quickly as possible, shipping delays can occasionally happen due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, weather, customs processing, and peak season volume. Avaron is not liable for shipping or delivery delays.
